Installation: Free
Training: One 3 hour training session free
Telephone Support: Free for first 2 months, after which £ 250 per year
Email Support: Free for first 6 months, after which £ 120 per year
Onsite Support: Chargeable at £ 50 per hour for the first hour and £ 30 for each subsequent hour during the same visit
Extra Training: £ 100 per hour
Change of Menu: £ 200 per menu change (unlimited item change) within the new menu
Consumables (thermal roll): £ 1.50 per roll, minimum 10 rolls
Network Configuration: £ 500 for setting up MS-SQL Database and Configuring Easy-Bill Server
Support & Support Revenue Share:
1.
The channel partner gets to keep GBP 150 of the GBP 250 of the telephone support component

The channel partner gets to keep the entire proceeds of the on-site support fees
3.
The channel partner gets to keep GBP 30 and V3KT gets to keep GBP 90 for email support.

V3KT gets to keep GBP 80 of every menu change billing to the channel partners installations, while the channel partner keeps the balance GBP 20.

V3KT gets to keep £ 400 for configuring the easy bill server (through remote login using PC-
Anywhere). If Channel Partner does it without any help from V3KT, channel keeps all of £ 500.
6.
Any technical help given to Channel Partner on Network configuration and/or wireless setup for Handheld device £ 100 charged to channel per call.
